Sandra Ames is the Finance Project and Reporting Manager at FCNL. She works with the Finance Team to provide financial reports for departments, leadership, and the Board of Directors for budget, cash flow and grant purposes and assists with improving team processes.
Kelsey Beaumont Shaffer leads strategic initiatives to strengthen FCNL’s fundraising infrastructure - overseeing gift administration, donor data systems, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Lindsay Bencick serves as FCNL’s Community and Culture Administrative Coordinator.
Bryan Bowman is FCNL’s social media and communications strategist. In this role, he manages FCNL’s social media platforms, supports the production of FCNL’s digital content, and represents the communications team in coalition efforts.
Heather Brandon-Smith is FCNL’s Deputy Director for Foreign Policy. Heather leads FCNL’s work to repeal outdated war authorization, promote respect for human rights and international law, and reduce U.S. armed interventions around the world.
Daren is FCNL’s legislative manager for sustainable energy and environment. He lobbies Congress to support action to respond to the climate crisis and prevent the further degradation of our communities and our planet.
Tonya Childers is the Sr. Director of Human Resources. She leads FCNL’s HR and people operations, developing strategies and solutions that support the human resources function.
Kendall Cockrell is FCNL’s planned giving director.
LaVida Davis directs the full range of FCNL’s strategic advocacy work. In that capacity, she works with program staff to develop long-term organizing and mobilizing strategies to accomplish our legislative goals.
Olivia Delaplaine serves as the Program Coordinator for Friends Place on Capitol Hill, a Quaker learning center and guesthouse affiliated with the Friends Committee on National Legislation.
