Kelsey (she/her) joined FCNL’s Development team in 2015. As the Director of Development Operations, she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen FCNL’s fundraising infrastructure - overseeing gift administration, donor data systems, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Kelsey came to FCNL after holding fundraising positions in theater and animal rescue organizations, which remain two of her passions.
Kelsey enjoys exploring DC with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog. She holds a BA in English from Rollins College.
