Kay joined FCNL in 2025, bringing more than seven years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, and guest-focused operations. Prior to joining FCNL, she supported large-scale and mission-driven events, including conferences and summits centered on community engagement, innovation, and accessibility. Her background has shaped a people-centered, detail-oriented approach to project management and guest experience.

Outside of her role at FCNL, Kay operates Kapable Kay Events, an event company focused on multigenerational and corporate gatherings. She values creating spaces that foster connection, care, and meaningful interaction.
