Justin Hurdle is a member of the strategic advocacy team, working closely with FCNL’s lobbyists and communications teams.

Shawn Irby is FCNL’s operations manager.

Marika Jakubovska serves FCNL as a Senior Accountant II. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the accounting functions and systems that support FCNL, including reconciliation of accounts, performing financial close process, and completing annual reporting, among other tasks.

Rebecca Jolliff is FCNL’s director of foundation relations.

Isis Kazadi is FCNL’s national field organizer, and, in this role, oversees Campus Chapter, Diaspora Organizers, and the Delegation Leaders that join Friends Changemaker Weekend. Across these programs, she prioritizes leadership development, relationship building, and how best to assist organizers in meeting their advocacy goals. Prior to her title as National Field Organizer, she was the Young Adult Program Associate, helping to facilitate a smooth Spring Lobby event.

Ellie Kline was FCNL’s 2024-2025 Program Assistant for Peacebuilding, assisting the team in advocating for sustainable and nonviolent U.S. foreign policy.

Ursala is the legislative director for peacebuilding. She lobbies Congress to establish peacebuilding as a central goal of U.S. foreign policy.

Jackson Malkus is Lead Program Coordinator at FCNL. He develops and delivers trainings and workshops to build advocacy and organizing skills. He also works to increase FCNL’s capacity to share training materials and lead constituent-facing programs.

Shyann Markley-Tellez joined FCNL in November 2023 as a senior accountant in the finance department. She plays a role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyses, and reporting for the organization.
