As the Senior Advocacy Teams Manager, Tim Heishman leads FCNL’s network of Advocacy Teams across the country. He develops strategic grassroots advocacy campaigns to support a network of over 135 teams in 48 states and D.C. in building congressional champions for peace and justice.
Allen Hester leads FCNL’s Nuclear Disarmament and Pentagon Spending portfolio. He develops legislative strategies and lobbies Congress for reductions in Pentagon spending, strengthened arms control regimes, and the eventual elimination of nuclear weapons.
Justin Hurdle is a member of the strategic advocacy team, working closely with FCNL’s lobbyists and communications teams.
Shawn Irby is FCNL’s operations manager.
Marika Jakubovska serves FCNL as a Senior Accountant II. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the accounting functions and systems that support FCNL, including reconciliation of accounts, performing financial close process, and completing annual reporting, among other tasks.
Sarah Johnson is the director of Friends Place on Capitol Hill. She offers hospitality and facilitates civic engagement programming for visiting groups, including connecting them to educational and lobbying opportunities with its sister organization, the Friends Committee on National Legislation.
Rebecca Jolliff is FCNL’s director of foundation relations.
Katherine Jones is the Program Assistant for the Justice Reform and Election Integrity team. She works alongside José Moreno, the director of justice reform, to champion FCNL’s goals of a restorative justice system and protecting the people’s right to a fair and free election.
Ellie Kline is FCNL’s 2024-2025 Program Assistant for Peacebuilding, assisting the team in advocating for sustainable and nonviolent U.S. foreign policy.
