Stephen Donahoe leads FCNL’s efforts to raise annual, capital and planned gifts that support FCNL’s advocacy, education and outreach.

Hassan El-Tayyab is an author, songwriter, and FCNL’s legislative director for Middle East policy.

Anika Forrest leads FCNL’s domestic policy team. In this role, she guides the team’s legislative and policy strategy and directs the migration policy program.

Lisa provides operational project management for FCNL’s Development Department. This includes key functions in the areas of donor stewardship, research, and Development Committee support.

As the young adult program director, Larissa Gil-Sanhueza focuses on developing and training young adult advocates around the country.

Linnea Halsten is the Community Integrity Manager. She partners with the associate general secretary for Community and Culture in leading FCNL’s dynamic engagement with the organization’s AJEDI commitments.

As the Senior Advocacy Teams Manager, Tim Heishman leads FCNL’s network of Advocacy Teams across the country. He develops strategic grassroots advocacy campaigns to support a network of over 135 teams in 48 states and D.C. in building congressional champions for peace and justice.

Allen Hester leads FCNL’s Nuclear Disarmament and Pentagon Spending portfolio. He develops legislative strategies and lobbies Congress for reductions in Pentagon spending, strengthened arms control regimes, and the eventual elimination of nuclear weapons.

Justin Hurdle is a member of the strategic advocacy team, working closely with FCNL’s lobbyists and communications teams.

Shawn Irby is FCNL’s operations manager.
