Julia Neumann coordinates outreach to states that are particularly important to FCNL’s lobbying efforts, helps constituents develop their own relationships with their members of Congress, and helps the Strategic Advocacy and Legislative teams track and manage their data. Julia is FCNL’s resident expert on scheduling lobby visits- last year, she helped FCNL’s network schedule over 500, including those during the Quaker Public Policy Institute and Spring Lobby Weekend.
Allyson Neville coordinates the Prevention and Protection Working Group (PPWG), a coalition of human rights, religious, humanitarian and peace organizations dedicated to the reduction of violent conflict, prevention of atrocities, and protection of civilians. Since its creation in late 2008, PPWG has successfully advocated on these issues through outreach to Congress and various administrative agencies.
Radhika Nyati joined FCNL in 2023 as a staff accountant. Her work focuses on vendor payments, payroll, credit card issues, and other projects assigned by the associate general secretary for finance and the assistant controller.
Maggie O’Donnell was the program assistant working on militarism and civil liberties in 2014-2015.
Diana Ohlbaum directed FCNL’s foreign policy lobbying team and leads an effort to replace the current U.S. foreign policy paradigm of military domination and national superiority with a more ethical and effective one based on cooperation and mutual respect.
Marcia Orellana served as the Program Assistant for Migration Policy for 2022-2023. Her responsibilities included lobbying and advocating for immigration reform and migrant assistance.
Jessie Palatucci served as FCNL’s director of digital communications from 2018-2024. In that role she oversaw FCNL’s digital advocacy program and web communications. She wrote extensively for FCNL’s digital publications and communicated with advocates throughout the U.S.
Adrienne Peters is the Assistant to the Executive Secretary, Diane Randall. She provides administrative support and serves as a liaison to FCNL constituents, sustainers, and governing committees.
Kameryn Point (Lumbee/Waccamaw Siouan) was the program assistant for criminal justice and election integrity for 2020-2021. In this role she lobbies for comprehensive justice reform, including the demilitarization of local police forces, required racial profiling and bias training for law enforcement, and an end to mass incarceration.
