Jessie Palatucci manages FCNL’s digital advocacy program and web communications. She writes extensively for FCNL’s digital publications and communicates with advocates throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining FCNL, Jessie served as the Online Communications Strategist for the United Church of Christ’s Justice and Witness Ministries. She has more than a decade of experience working in Washington, D.C. as part of the interfaith advocacy community. She holds a M.A. in Communications from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Saint Michael’s College.

Jessie lives in Washington, D.C. and is a proud Vermonter.

This was an extraordinary week. We witnessed exciting movement on several issues we care about—and avoided another government shutdown. The week then concluded with President Donald Trump’s worrisome declaration of a national emergency to build his expanded border wall.
