Tim Heishman is the Advocacy Teams leadership and training manager for FCNL. He oversees training programs for the Advocacy Teams and ensures advocates have the tools they need to lobby Congress. He also works with regional anchors, statewide coordinators, and other volunteer leaders to support the growth and success of Advocacy Teams across the country.

Before coming to FCNL, Tim worked as a pastor, camp program director, and denominational conference planner in the Church of the Brethren. He holds degrees in History and Biblical Studies from Eastern Mennonite University and a Master of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary.
