Background Financials and Annual Reports

FCNL and the FCNL Education Fund continue to benefit from the generosity of our supporters, directly through Annual Fund giving and indirectly through the gifts for operations from the capital campaign. Background History

We were founded by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in 1943 in response to World War II. FCNL was a lobby from the start, working directly with policymakers to solve the big challenges that affect our world. Since then, we've advocated tirelessly for peace, justice, and sustainability — and it's paid off.

Background An Epistle Encouraging Quaker Engagement with American Muslims

If we stand together to practice equality and justice, we can enhance our understanding of American Muslims and theirs of us and raise American Muslim visibility in a positive way, which is of special importance to Muslim youth.
