On Jan. 24, Reps. Ted Deutch (D-FL-22), Francis Rooney (R-FL-19), Charlie Crist (D-FL-13), Judy Chu (D-CA-27), Anna Eshoo (D-CA-18), Scott Peters (D-CA-52), and Dan Lipinski (D-IL-03) introduced the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act of 2019 (EICDA).
