The federal government is currently shut down and the Trump administration is escalating tensions with Venezuela. Simply put, it’s a time of crisis for those who care about peace, justice, and democracy.
Join this urgent call with FCNL’s policy team and organizers to learn about how we can take meaningful action during times of crises, how people of faith can mobilize their congregations, and the tools we are providing so everyone can be a more effective advocate.
Even if you cannot join, register anyway to receive the recording and resources!

This program trains Diaspora advocates to work in their own communities with support from the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) and to organize constituents to lobby Congress. FCNL is a national, nonpartisan Quaker organization that lobbies Congress and the administration to advance peace, justice, and environmental stewardship. We approach lawmakers with respect and open dialogue, using listening and personal stories to find common ground, even when opinions differ.
