About the White Privilege Conference

For the past 20 years, this conference has examined challenging concepts of privilege and oppression and offers solution and team building strategies to work towards a more equitable world. The conference is a space for participants to discuss how white privilege, white supremacy, and oppression affects daily life while giving strategies for addressing issues of privilege and oppression and advancing social and economic justice. Alicia McBride works across the organization to improve cross-team strategy development and how FCNL assesses and communicates about its effectiveness. She is also responsible for planning FCNL’s fall Annual Meeting and the Quaker Public Policy Institute and Lobby Day.
