A proud D.C. native, Lakita McNeil is the Executive Assistant to the General Secretary at the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL), bringing over 20 years of experience supporting senior leadership and overseeing complex office operations. She’s known for her calm under pressure, sharp organizational skills, and commitment to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Lakita is currently pursuing her B.A. in Human Resources at Western Governors University. She’s a proud mom of three adult children, grandma to one amazing grandson, and dog mom to Fat Daddy—her loyal sidekick.
