Julia Rademacher-Wedd grew up in a Quaker home in Chicago. In high school, she campaigned to abolish the prison-industrial-complex, and she organized her first lobby visit with help from FCNL. During a gap year, Julia served with City Year Chicago, working with a team of young adults to tutor and provide general support at a public elementary school. She is now a freshman at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia.
