Jane Nunn serves as the Advocacy Team Organizer for FCNL, where she mobilizes grassroots supporters, coordinates advocacy campaigns, and builds relationships with volunteers and coalition partners to advance FCNL’s legislative priorities against militarism and war.
Before coming to FCNL, Jane worked as a federal contractor analyzing security policy for government clients, including the Department of Defense. That firsthand look at how militarism gets built and sustained is part of what drew her to this work. She is now pursuing a master of arts in security studies at Georgetown’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she is curious about concepts like the political economy of war and the relationship between the military industrial complex and organized labor.
Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her loved ones, photography, discussing history and philosophy, walking her dog, and advocating for workers’ rights.
