Claudette David is the Advocacy Teams trainer and policy consultant. In this role, she supports the Advocacy Teams network by answering policy questions, provides coaching on advocacy skills and strategy, and equips advocates through training to better use the Mobilize/Forj community platform.

Claudette David is a seasoned advocacy strategist and policy consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading grassroots organizing, federal lobbying, and civic engagement campaigns. She began her career as an intern for Congresswoman Barbara Lee, later served nearly a decade with the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and earlier served in the Peace Corps in Gabon as a Community Health Volunteer. She is a graduate of George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. in International Studies.

Through her consulting practice, Orelhomme Prospere Group LLC, Claudette partners with nonprofits, coalitions, and faith networks to design advocacy strategies, facilitate trainings, and provide policy guidance that moves communities from awareness to action. Known for her engaging facilitation style and ability to build trust across diverse constituencies, she is committed to equipping everyday people with the skills and confidence to advocate effectively for peace, justice, and good governance.
