Angel Nalubega is a rising fourth year at Antioch College. She majors in history, with a focus on the intersections between labor and identity in the 20th century. Angel is passionate about social justice, people driven movements, and critical. She plans to pursue a career in law and social work. Angel became interested in community organizing after the unjust killings of Michael Brown and John Crawford III.

She then worked with the local Black Lives Matter group and community organizations to start conversations about policing. With the help of FCNL, she hopes to find ways to engage people of all different backgrounds recognize their stake in creating an intersectional environmental movement to combat climate change.
