After seven years with our old website, we’ve redesigned fcnl.org. The transition should make the website more accessible to more people — whether you’ve been working with us for years, or you’re just getting to know our work.
Over the years, we heard from you that our website wasn’t meeting your needs. It was impossible to find everything new that was happening on the site. The search bar returned unexpected, often irrelevant results. And the mobile-friendly version was less than friendly.
We paid attention.
The new fcnl.org is more than pretty pictures. It fundamentally changes the way you find information on the site — and we hope that will make navigating the site easier for you.
What’s New on the Site
About Our Work: For New Users
We’ve completely redesigned the About section so it includes more background information about who we are, what we do, and our impact. It now takes fewer clicks to get to substantive information about FCNL, so new users should be able to understand our work more quickly and easily.
Updates & Resources: The Latest News
Some of you are focused on one particular issue, but many of you follow FCNL’s work more broadly. The Updates & Resources section lets you choose what you want to see. By default, you’ll see everything we’ve published, but you can also find curated resources by issue, content type, and audience.
Action & Events: Take the Next Step
Go further in your advocacy and relationship with FCNL. In addition to online actions, we’ve made it easier to join new advocacy programs, involve your Quaker meeting, or donate. We’ve added new advocacy resources so you can take more effective actions with Congress.
