The General Committee approved a minute calling on Policy and Executive Committees to address institutionalized sexism.
Recognizing the FCNL commitment to and work toward greater diversity and inclusion, and recognizing that oppression is manifest in institutional, interpersonal and internal ways, the FCNL General Committee asks the Policy and Executive Committees in the coming year to expand their work on diversity and inclusion to specifically address institutionalized sexism.
