FCNL Lobbyist for Human Rights and Civil Liberties Yasmine Taeb will discuss President Trump’s Muslim and refugee ban on Tuesday, March 28, during a webinar organized by Stand.earth.
Entitled “#NoBanNoWallNoRaids,” the webinar will focus on grassroots activists’ responses to the Trump administration’s inhumane immigration and refugee policies. Speakers will address strategies they are pursuing to protect immigrants, refugees, and their families; lessons learned from past immigrant rights campaigns; and how others can support their work.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday, March 28, at 2 pm. It will also feature Mark Silverman, Senior Staff Attorney at the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, and Emilio Vicente, Advocacy Coordinator at United We Dream.
