Nelson Miranda is the Senior Manager of IT Operations. He leads FCNL’s efforts to develop, implement, and evolve technologies to support the organization’s growth. His primary role is to guide FCNL’s information technology roadmap to ensure staff have the necessary resources to further the organization’s constituents and advocates goals.
After serving in the US Air Force, Nelson began his IT career by assisting several non-profit organizations with their IT needs. He most recently worked at the Society for Neuroscience (SfN), supporting their network infrastructure and advancing internal systems. Throughout his career, he has acquired various areas of expertise, ranging from troubleshooting computer glitches to executing new policies and organization-wide initiatives. He is solution-focused and dedicated to delivering quality and personalized customer service.
