Marissa Witkovsky-Eldred is the Staff Assistant for the Young Adult Program. She works closely with Katie Breslin to ensure the logistical needs of the Young Adult Program are being met and helps organize the Washington Summer Intensive, which trains young adult Advocacy Corps organizers about engaging with Congress and mobilizing their communities.
Marissa serves on the National Executive Board of the faith-based nonprofit, Kappa Phi. Acting as National Program Director, she plans and coordinates regional and national meetings, writes programming materials, and works to energize and engage chapters of Kappa Phi at colleges across the nation. Marissa also has experience working in organizational recruitment and is excited to bring her background in event planning and young adult support to FCNL’s network.
Marissa is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where she earned a double major in Botany and Zoology with minors in Religion and Environmental Studies. Originally from Pennsylvania, she enjoys kayaking, spending time in the woods, and relaxing by a campfire.
