Karmiela White

Karmiela White is a junior at Wilmington College majoring in Communication Arts and Political Science. During her sophomore year, Karmiela was elected president of Wilmington’s Service Leader Executive Board. Along with advocacy, Karmiela finds happiness in serving her community. She also enjoys working alongside other people who share the same passion for social justice. Upon her arrival to Wilmington College, she immediately became involved in groups such as Amnesty International and Black Student Initiative. Once she joined these groups, she knew that she wanted to spend her time giving a voice to the voiceless.
