Grace Anne Gasperson, a sophomore at Ohio University majoring in Global Studies, has a deep appreciation for culture which fuels an even greater passion for learning languages, which helps her engage people across linguistic boundaries. At twelve Grace Anne lobbied for the first time when she wrote letters to all representatives in the South Carolina state house asking for increased funding for her public charter school, which at the time was the lowest funded school in the country. She has since lobbied twice at FCNL’s Spring Lobby Weekend and intends to continue using what she has learned throughout her life. Grace Anne is a member of Athens Friends Meeting.
