China Copperstone is a first year MS Student at Antioch University New England studying Advocacy for Social Justice and Sustainability. Growing up in South Florida, China developed a passion for ecosystem preservation. While pursuing her BS in Plant Science at the University of Florida she worked on community education and participation initiatives for fresh food access.
Currently, she advocates for water conservation legislation, plastic reduction solutions, and environmental justice policies. She is excited to support this year’s advocacy focus on Indigenous Rights as well as strengthen her activism skills.
