Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or (202) 903-2502 to confirm schedule.
Grassroots lobby training: On Wednesday mornings, people can participate in a lobby training and talk to an FCNL staff person who will be on hand to help people prepare for lobby visits. RSVPs are strongly encouraged so that we can pair visitors with the issue area that is most relevant for their members of Congress.
Silent reflection: On Wednesday evenings, FCNL invites visitors, passers-by, staff, and colleagues to take a moment to reflect each week. This is in keeping with the Quaker practice of silent worship. We hope to offer a moment of respite and connection amid Capitol Hill’s high-pressure work environment.
Capitol Hill orientation and trainings (by appointment): For individuals and families, we can facilitate a brief orientation or lobby training before you meet with your members of Congress. We encourage you to call your members of Congress in advance to schedule a meeting or learn when they offer constituent coffee hours.
Group trainings (by appointment): Contact us to organize a visit with your meeting or church, Advocacy Team, or school group. We can work with you to tailor a lobby training to your group's needs.
