Rejecting Cruelty Toward Our Immigrant Neighbors

Many of the immigrants who are coming to the United States risk everything for the chance to escape violence in their home countries. They arrive seeking safety, and instead find new reasons to fear. Asylum seekers are indefinitely incarcerated. Families separated. Children caged.

The administration is imposing hardship and cruelty on our most vulnerable neighbors. We are all diminished by their suffering.

This is what drives us to oppose the building of more border walls, the detention of children, and the militarization of our border. Congress has the power to shift our approach by refusing to fund these abusive practices and implementing community-based solutions that are proven to be humane and effective.

As we advocate for compassionate immigration policies, we need your support. Can you strengthen this advocacy by making a generous gift today? Your gift before June 30 will be matched dollar for dollar up to $145,000.
