1. Support FCNL

Before the End, A Beginning

By Diane Randall, December 31, 2019

With 2019 nearly behind us, thank you for all you have done to support FCNL in the last year.

As we approach the 2020 elections, I expect to see partisanship intensify. Many of us are worried about the health of our democracy.

Your gift to FCNL is one tangible way to ensure that our democracy continues to flourish.

Even during times of political gridlock in Congress, our lobbyists meet with Republicans and Democrats on issues such as immigration, gun violence, climate change, and ending endless war. And we see bipartisan support on some issues. Our volunteer advocates across the country are working to influence their members of Congress, writing letters to the editor, attending events and town halls, and promoting civil discourse.

Advocating for solutions to complex problems takes time, persistence, and patience. To keep up that persistence, we need the consistent investment of our supporters.

We’ve set a goal to raise $20,200 before the end of 2019, to help ensure we start 2020 in a strong financial position.

As 2020 begins, FCNL’s work will keep our democracy vibrant, bolstered by the victories that show us how nonpartisan dialogue lays the groundwork for meaningful change.

Please make a gift to invest in the work that FCNL’s lobbyists and activist network will bring about in 2020.
