When you upload your War Is Not the Answer photo to the photo sharing website Flickr, we'll easily be able to link to it on our website. Show how the War Is Not the Answer message is spreading!
If you're new to Flickr, you can find detailed instructions below on how to do the upload.
If you're a regular Flickr user, remember three key things when uploading your photo:
- the privacy setting on your photo needs to be "public,"
- please tag your photo with "warisnottheanswerphoto," and
- please remember to include a description that includes where the photo was taken, who is in the picture, and some context for the photo.
How to Upload Your War Is Not the Answer Photo to Flickr
1. Sign into your Flickr.com account, or create a new account.
2. Upload your photo. Make sure that the privacy setting on your photo is set to "Public."



3. After you upload your photo, add a description.

4. Give your photo a title and description, and add tags.
By tagging your photo warisnottheanswerphoto (no spaces), your photo will automatically appear in our War Is Not the Answer slide show.

In the description box, please include where it was taken, who is in the picture, and what the photo shows.
In the tag box, please include the tag warisnottheanswerphoto (no spaces). You may also include other tags to identify the photo and what it shows. Separate each tag with a space. To tag a photo with a phrase, put it in quotes: for example, "friends committee on national legislation".
5. Soon, you'll be able to see your photo in our slideshow! (It takes about an hour for a new photo to show up.)
