What You Can Do

The Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act would
prevent the U.S. military from using cluster bombs
in areas where civilians are known to be present.
The U.S. government insists that legislation damages
the U.S. ability to fight wars.

We disagree.

You can help change U.S. policy.

Here are three steps you can take:

1. Urge your senators to cosponsor the Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act (S. 594).
If they are already cosponsors, send a thank you!

2. Adopt one of your senators. Build a campaign to persuade her or him to cosponsor
this common sense legislation. Find out if your senators have already cosponsored
the Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act (S. 594). Then download a flyer,
write letters, make your own origami cluster bombs, show a movie, and
organize lobby visits.

3. Call your senators on May 12. Join the "Day after Mother's Day Cluster Bomb Call-in."
