FCNL rebuilt the foundation under one of the two original buildings (on the left in this picture), but discovered more foundation woes. The foundations on the corner building (pictured on the right), when uncovered, turn out to be rubble covered in a solid looking veneer of brick. The appearance of solidity will not hold up the building. Another 50 feet of underpinning will need to be poured for that building.
