 Hal Wright is a member of Mountain View Monthly Meeting (Denver, Colorado), Intermountain Yearly Meeting. He and Eleanor have been married for thirty-seven years. Both came to Friends as adults. She is a member of Mountain View Meeting, as is his youngest daughter, Meg. His son David is a member of University Friends Meeting in Seattle. His middle daughter, Rebecca, is an attender of Mountain View and is a Quaker in every respect except for the formality of meeting membership.
He has served as clerk of his monthly and yearly meetings, and FCNL since 1999 on the Finance Committee, as Treasurer, Assistant Clerk and Clerk of General Committee.
Professionally, he is a certified financial planner and investment manager, and the author of a book, Special Needs Planning for a Person with a Disability.
