War Funding Vote Shows Growing Movement for Change
On July 27, the House approved, by a vote of 308 to 114, another $33 billion more in 2010 for the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. If your representative voted against that war funding, please thank her or him .
The good news is that 114 members of Congress voted against more money for war - an increase from the 32 representatives that opposed war funding a year ago. Jim Fine sees growing pressure for change in this vote.
