FCNL is a Quaker lobby in the public interest. The Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) employs staff to implement the legislative program policies and priorities set by FCNL's General Committee. These staff serve both the FCNL, a 501(c)(4) lobby group, and the FCNL Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) educational organization.
