Tim is FCNL Director for Leadership Development and helps to interpret our work on peaceful prevention of deadly conflict. He works with Development staff and volunteers across the U.S. to advance FCNL program priorities and strategic initiatives, and is a speaker at Meeting and community programs. Tim coordinated the 2002-04 public phase of the capital campaign for the construction of FCNL's green building. FCNL has the first green building on Capitol Hill. Tim has a special interest in peaceful prevention of deadly conflict and the work of the United Nations. Tim has worked to strengthen and reform the United Nations for more than two decades. He is VP for Finance of the United Nations Association-National Capital Area chapter. During the 1999 U.S. Senate debate on Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty ratification, Tim worked on FCNL press relations. As Executive Director of the World Federalist Association from 1992-99, Tim worked on the development of the International Criminal Court and on the campaign for full U.S. payment of UN dues.
