Danny Hosein
Legislative Program Assistant
Danny joined FCNL in the summer of 2007. He is working with David Culp in the Quaker Nuclear Disarmament Program.
He is currently on a leave of absence from FCNL.
Though he was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in Friendswood, Texas, Danny graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a degree in political science. Before coming to FCNL, Danny was a professor’s assistant at Trinity, where he conducted research on human rights in the Middle East and helped teach a course called “The Individual in World Politics.”
He discovered his love of politics and activism in San Antonio, where he helped coordinate a relief drive after the South Asian tsunami and a movement encouraging divestment from Sudan on campus.
In his free time, Danny enjoys watching sports, reading, volunteering and meteorology.
