Caroline Slobodzian
Director for Planned Giving
Caroline is responsible for administering both the FCNL and the FCNL Education Fund's planned giving program. She responds to inquiries from constituents on the type of planned giving which will best fit their needs, prepares proposals, and puts together contracts. In addition, she is responsible for identifying planned giving prospects as well as marketing planned giving materials. Caroline also supervises the development administrative staff.
Before taking over the planned giving program, Caroline was the Development Associate for FCNL and the FCNL Education Fund for a little over five years. Before coming to FCNL, she worked for Ohio United Way tracking state-wide campaigns and servicing member organizations. Caroline is originally from Ohio but grew up in Germany. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Caroline lives in Washington, DC and is active in the local community. She is currently serving as President of the National Capital Chapter of U.S. National Committee for the United Nations Fund for Women (UNIFEM/USA/NCC). In her leisure time, Caroline likes to read, cook, travel, play soccer, do yoga, hike, and explore.
