What is a blog?
A blog is an online journal or web log. Some blogs are put together by one person, others by a group of several writers. Blogs generally allow readers to respond and comment on posts.
The Quakers' Colonel
Col. Dan Smith (USA, Ret.) is a West Point graduate and Vietnam veteran. He currently serves as FCNL's Senior Fellow on Military Affairs. Dan's blog, The Quakers' Colonel, is filled with analysis of current issues, policy, and legislation.
Just World News
Columnist and author Helena Cobban is currently collaborating with FCNL as a Friend in Washington. In her blog, Just World News, she shares her insights on the Middle East and global affairs.
Helena's relationship with FCNL allows her to continue her role as an independent journalist writing in a personal capacity, and her views may not necessarily reflect those of FCNL.
Of Peace and Politics: FCNL's Intern Blog
On the Of Peace and Politics blog, FCNL's program assistants (interns) discuss their take on political issues, current events, and life inside the Beltway.
